Market-Fresh Cooking (New Version)- 525 Hours
The program is offered part-time during the day (Monday to Wednesday) from January until November. Classes are suspended during the summer months.
The pre-requisites for the Market-Fresh Cooking program include successful completion of the DVS program in Professional Cooking and/or relevant professional experience. Conditional acceptance may be granted upon submission of documented work experience and references. An interview with the administraton is necessary.
ADMINISTRATION, COMMERCE AND COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY
Secretarial Studies - Medical Secretary- 450 Hours
This short, 4 month intensive program prepares those practising the profession of administration professional to move seamlessly into the position of Medical Secretary.
The next session will be offered in April 2010, both full-time during the day (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) and part-time during the evening (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). The classes will be suspended for 4 weeks during the summer, from mid-July until mid-August.
